Carter's first day of Kindergarten

We made it through another summer with no major accidents or catastrophes. Today was Carter's frist day of Kindergarten. He was nervous to go but once his friends started to show up it got a lot easier. It wasn't even that hard on mom this year either!! Ali starts Preschool next week!

Remodeling

Buying a home is a never ending process. Lucky for us our home is in great shaped and doesn't really need much work. We did decide to put in a new floor though. We love it!!

Ali's turns 3

Alexis turned three on March 10. We had a small party on the actual day of her party and then had a bigger party the following weekend. She didn't love the attentions so much as she is so shy but did love all the great gifts she received. Thanks to all those that came and helped Ali celebrate her third birthday!!

Colorado

If anyone is following our blog anymore, I'M SORRY!!! it's been a long time since I have been on here. With facebook now it is hard to keep up with other things. Here are a few pictures from when we went to visit Jeff's sister and family in Colorado. We had a great time and loved seeing the mountains.

Piper joins our family!!

As if we aren't busy enough working full time Jess in school and a 4 year old and a 2 year old we decieded to get a puppy. Most people thing we're crazy as they have every right to. We couldn't agree more WE ARE CRAZY!!! Piper is 11 weeks old and is a cavashon (king Charles caviler and bishon mix). He is the cutest little puppy ever. He will not get to be more than 12 pounds. The kids really enjoy him and so do Jeff and I. Jeff is babying him more than ever!!!! He is slowly learning how to go potty outside and not on the carpet and adjusting to life with people and not other puppies. He is adapting well and we are all enjoying him very much.

Wisconsin Dells

Over presidents day weekend we head east for a short weekend trip. Carter is in his first session of swimming lessons and really enjoying it so we decided to put his new skills to the test. We head to Copa Cabana in Wisconsin Dells. It is a indoor water park especially for children under the age of 10. It was perfect. We were able to let Carter explore on his own and test out all the slides. He had a great time. Ali on the other hand did not have such a good time. She is not to fond of the water yet. Hopefully soon she will enjoy it as much as Carter does. Jeff and I also enjoyed a relaxing weekend away from the stress of everyday living.

Christmas 2009.

We spent our first part of Christmas with the Breeden family. Fun was had by all. Everyone was able to make it even with the bad weather except Becky and Daryl. The kids all had a great time playing together. The second half of our Christmas was spent with the Glassmaker family at our house. We were very happy to finally meet Uncle Brad's girlfriend and spend the holidays with all the people we love. Merry Christmas everyone!!!
